Customizable and flexible solutions to fit your operational needs
The Smart Services Defense Program is highly customizable. In addition to the base coverage, Customers may select to enroll in the following options that best fit their aircraft needs:
Cabin System Components
This option provides cost coverage for cabin systems components, including:
- Cabin communication
- CMS/CES
- Audio/video monitors
- Interior and emergency lighting
- Water and lavatory systems
- Passenger oxygen system
Scheduled Labour
From minor inspections to major checks, this option provides cost coverage for scheduled labour required to perform airframe inspection tasks per the Time Limits Maintenance Checks (TLMC) manual and the Supplemental Time Limits Maintenance Checks (STLMC) manual.
Unscheduled Labour
This option provides cost coverage for the labour required to remove and install components covered under your tailored Smart Services Defense cost coverage program.
MRT (Mobile Response Team) as part of the Unscheduled labor option
This option provides coverage for the cost of Mobile Response Team expenses, in case of an AOG (aircraft on ground).
Smart Link Plus
Smart Link Plus subscription costs and activation costs are covered when choosing this option.
Aircraft Maintenance Management (CAMO)
Bombardier offers services supporting aircraft operators and owners in meeting these requirements and is authorized to carry out airworthiness reviews and support certification of airworthiness renewals in accordance with EASA, FAA and many other aviation authorities1.
Dedicated Support Personnel
Benefit from a dedicated, nonexclusive Customer Services Account Manager (CSAM) or a dedicated, on-site Field Service Representative (FSR) when choosing this option2.
Customized Maintenance Program
Choose this option and enjoy from no changes on Bombardier Service Center labour rates for Smart Services covered labour.
